Can I make a credit card payment over the phone?
We are unable to accept credit card payments over the phone for security reasons. When you enter your credit card information online, your card number is encrypted to ensure consumer protection. To prioritize your safety, we do not process phone orders as we cannot provide the same level of security. However, our dedicated customer service representatives are more than happy to guide you through the simple process of entering your credit card details on your computer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bausch + Lomb general eye care, eye vitamin or lens care product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a full refund. The sole remedy under the Bausch + Lomb Satisfaction Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is limited to a full refund for the price of the product.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please call one of our experts at 1-800-553-5340 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your request is approved, you will then need to mail the unused product, carton, store receipt or other proof of purchase, and your Guarantee approval confirmation number to:

Standard Domestic Shipping
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of merchandise (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for the Continental U.S., P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses only. Please note: Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take 4-6 weeks.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are the U.S Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) . Most orders ship by USPS. The carrier used for Express Shipments is UPS.
Bausch + Lomb ships most in-stock orders to the U.S. within 1 business day of receipt. Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.
By law, we must charge sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a business presence as well as those states requiring internet sales tax collection. Please note that your state and/or municipal government may require you to declare mail order purchases and pay sales tax on them directly.
